    I sent a package to the wrong location and it was returned to sender. The Amazon person found all the information and make sure I was refunded. I ordered the product again.

    Put a live PERSON ON THE PHONE!!!Sad
    This waiting to talk, is very annoying, just let customers talk to someone!!!
    Sometimes an issue to resolve can not be resolved with an automated message. Why is it that hard to let customers talk to a person.
    It can be very challenging trying to explain an issue with an order, especially if it is with a gift and a personalized message attached!

    Package was hand delivered to wrong address and person took possession. No idea who got it.

    Spoke with Amazon. Since package could not be redelivered again within an adequate time frame a refund was issued. Customer service was extremely helpful.

    Should have refund within 3 to 5 days. Very professional.

    Canceling Prime Membership

    I called regarding canceling my prime membership with Amazon, which I had canceled on the January 15th. However the membership would officially expire on January 17th.

    For whatever reason I was still able to access Amazon prime via my TV. The Amazon customer service rep said I had two accounts one with Yahoo and one with Gmail. The one I canceled on January 15th was with Gmail.

    The Amazon customer service rep went ahead and canceled it through the Yahoo account as well.
    We were both baffled as to why I was still able to access Amazon prime yesterday on January 18th. The rep stated that if I'm still able to access on Monday, then I would need to call Amazon back to find out the issue to make sure that I will not be charged for Amazon prime membership when because of my previous cancellation.
    Amazon customer service it was very patient very helpful and hopefully this issue will be resolved fairly soon.
